Mary is a PSIA level III Alpine and Telemark instructor and Clinician in both disciplines for the Northern Rocky Mountain Division.
She likes to integrate her skiing experience with Physical Therapy and you may find her leading clinics on biomechanics of skiing, or presenting on ski injury prevention.
Her PT philosophy is to give you the individualized tools and techniques to get you back to doing what you love to do.
Her professional interests include orthopedic rehabilitation and she has completed specialized training for the treatment of women pre and post-partum.
Schedule An Appointment Mary Marshall graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010 from the Univeristy of Montana and has worked at Lone Peak Physical Therapy since 2014.
Since graduating she became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
The VK (“vertical kilometer”), which is the one that I did, starts at the Big Sky Resort and finishes on the summit of Lone Peak; 3.4 miles with 3,600 ft. Because most of the course is so steep, the vast majority of “runners” did very little running – We were simply hiking as fast as we could.Eileen also has experience working as an OT in acute care settings, ergonomics, geriatrics, neurological rehabilitation, burn recovery and wound care.Her OT philosophy is to provide individualized top notch care with emphasis on functional treatment to promote return to work and play.For one, it gave me a chance to catch my breath – The air is pretty thin at 11,000 feet!More importantly, I’m fascinated with Montana’s landscapes, and especially interested in seeing and photographing them from high places.
